By taking advantage of Master Unit Dies and quick connect manifolds whenever possible, MPR has become very adept at making efficient mold changes. By using proprietary batch molding procedures we optimize every aspect of short run work. From purchasing and drying small lots, to resource scheduling and shop floor sequencing, we ensure unparalleled value to our short run customers.
Evidence of our commitment to efficient manufacturing of short-run work can be seen in our large existing mold inventory. We currently have over 50 customers and 450 active molds in house, a very high number for a company operating 12 injection molding presses.
