MPR Plastics has acquired the state-of-the-art Mark 3 (MA100Q ) Moisture Analyzer. This moisture analyzer is milled from one block of aerospace grade aluminum alloy resulting in near zero drift under varying temperatures. The Mark 3’s built in auto-balance calibration system calibrates the balance while it verifies linearity, repeatability, and drift to spec. With less variation in measurement MPR can minimize change in molecular weight of polymers it processes caused by hydrolysis resulting in higher quality parts for its customers.
