Data Collection & Analysis System

MPR utilizes a Data Collection and Analysis System produced by General Electric / Fanuc Automation called VisualSPC. General Electric and Fanuc have joined their respective world class manufacturing backgrounds to create an extremely powerful system for collecting, monitoring and analyzing plant floor quality data.

The systems capabilities include:

• GE Fanuc’s leadership in Open Connectivity allows the system to connect directly to hundreds of gauging devices including most traditional hand tools, vision systems and CMMs.
• Data is collected electronically, available for real-time monitoring and is stored for future analysis.
• The program employs powerful statistical analysis modules to perform capability studies, evaluate process stability, and perform virtually any statistical measure required.
